We are a market leading Self Storage & Multifamily investment and development firm. With our office headquarters in Marina Del Rey, we build all around the Los Angeles area. We are currently seeking to add an experienced Superintendent to our team to help on our Self Storage Construction side.

What You Will Be Doing

- Provide field oversight on projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage the project schedule
- Manage subcontractors & all members of jobsite
- Responsible for project being on time

What You Need for this Position

- 3+ Years of Project Superintendent Experience (Self Storage Construction)
- A leader looking to work in a team oriented atmosphere
- Ability to develop relationships with those on the jobsite
