This position is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance team over multiple shifts. Completes annual reviews, merit increases and disciplinary actions as necessary; manages employees to assure the quality systems are being implemented and followed; assures that establishment, customer and regulatory standards are met; resolves customer complaints; recommends and assures necessary training is conducted; performs internal and external audits; other duties as assigned.
