Title: Quality Manager
Location: Belleville, MI
Salary: $110,000-140,000 + Incentive & Annual Bonus + ESOP + Relocation Package
Requirements: 3+ years as Quality Manager dealing with high volume parts/metals

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join us to ensure products meet customer specifications and to oversee the Quality department personnel. Additionally, you'll serve in the capacity of Quality Management Representative overseeing corrective actions from nonconformities, auditing, and communication at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IATF & ISO 14001 Systems
• Provide continuous improvement measure efforts of Quality Department & ISO 14001 Core Team
• Monitor performance of supplier base w/ Purchasing, Materials & Program Management
• Oversee Quality Department Goals & weekly KPIs
• Maintain overall management of the Quality Systems
• Reporting and monitoring of EMS programs ISO 14001 internal auditor training required
• Stay in compliance w/ QEMS relative to maintenance of gage calibrations, repairs/redesign & improvements
• Manage Quality Technicians & QE staff

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Quality Manager with internal auditing experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Working knowledge of Ferrous Metals 
• Continuous Improvement and/or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• High volume parts environment environment
• Must have working knowledge of GD&T
• Problem solving skills with GD&T, 8D, Ishikawa, 3L5Y, Pareto, DOE
• Experience in EHS and Quality Management with strong root cause and corrective action skills
