Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our manufacturing quality processes. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will lead quality assurance initiatives, manage audits, and implement quality management systems to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality management strategies and plans to optimize manufacturing processes.
Lead the team in conducting internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and other relevant standards.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and process improvements.
Train and mentor staff on quality management practices and principles, including AQL and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Manage customer complaints and feedback to ensure effective resolution and ongoing quality improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience with ISO 9000 standards and quality management systems (QMS).
Familiarity with AS 9100 and AS 9000 standards is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and experience with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
