Position Overview:
We are looking for a Real Estate Attorney to manage and advise clients on a wide variety of real estate matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, property disputes, contracts, and commercial and residential leasing. As part of our team, you will handle cases from start to finish while maintaining our commitment to providing practical and affordable legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in real estate transactions, including buying, selling, and leasing properties.
-Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and closing documents.
-Provide counsel on issues related to zoning, land use, and real estate litigation.
-Handle disputes related to real property, including eviction proceedings, breach of contract, and boundary disputes.
-Stay up to date on current real estate laws and regulations to offer strategic advice to clients.
-Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
-Maintain high standards of professionalism, client relations, and ethical practice.
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
-Active membership in the California State Bar.
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, including transactional and litigation experience.
-Strong knowledge of California real estate laws, regulations, and procedures.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proven ability to manage multiple cases and clients simultaneously.
