Senior Backend Software Engineer - REMOTE in U.S.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and Django, with experience in developing and maintaining software systems. The role will primarily involve working with AWS and building scalable solutions for our fast-paced environment in the ADTECH industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and maintain complex software systems using Python and Django
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features
Ensure software development follows best practices and coding standards
Optimize software performance and scalability to meet business needs
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Qualifications:

At least 7+ years of experience in backend software engineering
7+ years in Python and Django
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or above in a related field
Experience working with AWS and microservices, or containerization
Start up experience
Familiarity w/snowflake
Nice to have skills: ADTECH, Ad Tech, Advertising, Digital Media, CTV
Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
