Requirements: 7+ Years Experience as an Estimator at another General Contractor. Experience in any of the following projects: Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Municipal, etc.

We are heavily focused in commercial and Municipal construction projects but have wide range of projects across Healthcare, retail, higher education, K-12, student housing, aviation, religion, recreation, etc.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead bidding process including solicitation, communication, proposals, evaluation and analysis
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
- Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Meet bid deadlines and participate in meetings with clients

What You Need for this Position

- 7+ Years Experience as Construction Estimator projects related to any of the following: Commercial, Municipal, Healthcare, etc.
- Estimating software
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
