With a team that has over 100 years of experience in solid-state cooling, thermoelectric devices and structures, and thermal management, we provide environmentally friendly, sustainable solid-state heating, cooling, and energy harvesting technologies with ground-breaking efficiencies.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer/Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position involves leading process improvement initiatives, managing engineering projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in thermoelectric technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the thermoelectric or semiconductor industry.
Sputtering

Plus skills:

Ability to help direct process and not just and not run it
LabVIEW
Clean room etiquette
Statistical analysis
Design of Experiments (DoE)
