Job Title: Senior Safety Manager (Construction)

Location: Buffalo, NY (between Cheektowaga and Kaisertown)

Pay: $100k-$125k base + bonus + company vehicle and gas card

What you will be doing:

Review and update written programs, audits, and accident investigations.
Track incident metrics and trends and apply findings.
Manage worker's compensation incidents in a confidential manner that meets the needs of the employee and the company.
Communicate and collaborate with business partners, regulatory agencies, and employees regarding safety requirements and opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies and standards.

Required:

5+ years experience in a similar role
Strong OSHA background
Broad and detailed regulatory, training, inspection, and auditing knowledge.
Construction OR manufacturing industry experience
Basic knowledge of compliance relating to DOT, MSHA, and other federal regulations is preferred.
