Position Overview
We are looking for a Site Merchandising Manager will help increase conversion and drive revenue by improving onsite merchandising strategies and supporting e-commerce team in the execution of approved marketing, promotional, and product launch strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Executes daily updates to multiple e-commerce sites, including new product launches, promotional banners, and assortment organization.
Manages new product setups across multiple stores including gathering product images, details, copy, etc.
Works with Product management to accurately represent all products in the stores.
Monitors the performance of new products, flags any concerns, and strategizes with team on ways to improve performance through onsite exposure and marketing strategies.
Creates proposed sale pricing for approval by inventory planning team.
Maximizes conversion and revenue goals by using data to optimize product assortment and location.
Conducts webstore audits across multiple devices to make sure all information is up to date, website functionality is working as expected, and to facilitate the quick and efficient resolution of any errors.
Works closely with the development team to implement new site features.
Coordinates, sets up, and schedules approved email campaigns across multiple stores.
Strategizes with our client base to development quarterly marketing plans.
Assists with social media profiles.
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of project management and scheduling processes
Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
Self starter with strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
