Position Overview:

The Multifamily Superintendent oversees the construction of multifamily and commercial buildings, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans and timelines
Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress and any changes
Provide guidance and direction to subcontractors and other construction personnel
Monitor and maintain quality assurance standards for building components
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations
Manage budgets and proactively identify cost-saving measures
Resolve conflicts and disputes as needed
Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Commercial Construction, Multifamily, and Commercial Warehouse
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Familiarity with applicable safety protocols and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management and budgeting skills
