Position Overview
We are a turnkey multifamily wood framing subcontractor seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-family housing, including townhomes, condominiums, senior living facilities, and hotels. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on the construction site
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
Communicate with clients, architects, and project managers regarding project progress
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and safety
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of multi-family housing construction techniques
Experience with wood framing and various building materials
Familiarity with construction management software and tools
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
OSHA certification and relevant safety training preferred
