Overview
We are seeking a Tax Accountant or Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. This role is designed for a tax professional with solid analytical and a background in preparing complex tax returns for both businesses and individuals. You will collaborate to provide strategic tax planning, ensure compliance, and help clients achieve their objectives.
Responsibilities
-Prepare and help review tax returns for corporations & partnerships at the federal, state and local levels
-Conduct in-depth tax research and stay up to date on relevant tax laws and regulations
-Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients, focusing on strategies to reduce liabilities
-Collaborate with colleagues to offer integrated services, delivering comprehensive client solutions
-Mentor and support junior staff
-Support ESOP clients with specialized tax compliance and planning services
Qualifications
-CPA License or Actively Pursing CPA
-Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
-At least 3yrs of Public Accounting Experience
-Strong Knowledge of Tax Laws including Corporate and Partnership Taxation
