Job Title: Tax Manager and Sr Tax Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $140k - $165k (Annual Bonuses & Comprehensive Benefits Package included)

We are a national, client-focused public accounting & professional services firm with several offices in Milwaukee and Chicago. We've seen 20% in growth this year and have acquired 3 CPA firms and due to this growth we're looking to hire great talent and will promote quickly within. We are a mid-sized firm with over 50+ employees and are continuing to grow. We serve clients in several complex industries to include Professional Services, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Construction, HNWI's, Retail among others.

We provide a dynamic work environment with significant growth opportunities within the firm. We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to support our growing tax practice. This is a full time, 100% Remote opportunity. Hybrid / Remote options are also available near any of our offices.

Responsibilities:

Review Individual, Corporation, Partnership and other related tax returns
Engage in tax planning and business planning
Handle complex tax issues
Manage, train and mentor tax staff
Develop strong, long term relationships with clients

What You Need for this Position:

Must have seven or more years of public accounting experience
Active CPA
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field (Masters is a plus)
Prior experience at the Manager / Sr Manager level
Experience as a Tax Generalist managing complex business, individual and multi state tax returns
Must have the ability to manage & grow client relationships
Experienced in performing tax research and resolving complicated issues
