We are a small local firm in Georgetown, TX. We focus on tax accounting, and business consulting for local businesses and non-profits. We also have a heavy presence of local high net worth individuals with trust needs. We have about 15 people on the team with a strong connected culture with a family feel. We have full benefits including medical, dental, vision plans through Blue Cross, 401k w/ match, strong starting PTO, company holidays, and our busy season hours range from 43-45 hours a week. We also offer a hybrid work schedule with flex hours and are looking for someone that wants to become a potential shareholder in the firm within the next 18-24 months.

We are tax generalists working with a lot of HNWIs, partnerships, s-corps, and trusts. We work together as a team and as a family in the firm to give our clients the best service possible while enjoying the work we love.

What you need

5+ years in Public Accounting
Active CPA
Tax Prep Expert (HNWI, partnerships, s-corps, trusts)
Some Review expereince
Tax Planning
Client Engagement experience
Accounting Experience
Desire to want to grow within firm
