Position Overview
The Tax Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing complex tax engagements, providing strategic tax planning, and mentoring junior staff. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients, contribute to the firm's growth, and potentially advance to a partnership role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients.
Supervise and mentor staff accountants and junior team members.
Maintain and develop client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify planning opportunities.

Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
