We are seeking a Tax Senior to join our growing team!
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan and coordinate C-Corp, S-Corp, partnership and individual tax compliance.
- Develop and deliver tax planning techniques for clients while addressing their needs.
- Interact with the clients advisors
- Tax research, analysis and written memorandum.
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual income tax provisions while identifying and documenting uncertain tax positions.
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of tax preparation for S-Corps, C-Corps, Partnerships and Individuals
- 3+ years of Tax Planning & Compliance
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Bachelors degree in Accounting required; Masters of Tax degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
- Ability to manage own time and the time of others
- Ability to motivate, develop and direct people as they work
- Capacity to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of how to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
