We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial audits for clients in multiple industries including Real Estate, Construction, Agribusiness, and Manufacturing. This role requires an individual with strong technical skills and experience with CPA and other audit procedures.
Position Overview:
The Audit Manager will lead teams of auditors and provide oversight of the financial audit process. This individual will be a resource to the team, helping to ensure that audits are completed accurately and on time. The Audit Manager will also identify and address potential areas of risk, advise clients on financial matters, and ensure that audit quality is consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead audit teams and provide guidance to ensure quality is maintained
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and audit working papers
Identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement
Provide technical advice and assistance to clients in multiple industries
Monitor and review audit procedures to ensure compliance with standards
Develop strategies and plans to improve audit efficiency and accuracy
Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the audit process
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
CPA certification
5+ years of experience in financial auditing
Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
