Traveling Superintendent - High End Retail

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Superintendent to oversee construction projects for high-end retail brands. This role involves managing on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury retail construction and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all on-site construction activities for high-end retail projects.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Lead and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
Resolve any construction-related issues that may arise during the project.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in luxury retail construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and building codes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to travel extensively to different project sites.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience with high-end brands such as Gucci, Prada, Dior, and others is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
