Over the years, we have finished more than 2400 hotel remodels thanks to our specialty in the hospitality remodeling sector. We have finished a number of independently owned projects throughout the nation and are currently a preferred partner of all major hotel brands.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects across various locations. This position requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning through final completion.
Coordinate construction schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Manage onsite teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns promptly.
Ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements through proactive problem-solving.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and project management principles.
Ability to travel extensively and manage projects in various locations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and client relations.
Experience in hotel renovation and hospitality projects is a plus.
Knowledge of TI (tenant improvements), interior commercial remodels, and resort construction is preferred.
