Job Title: Attorney
Location: Boston, MA
Salary Rate: $100,000 - $150,000.
My client is a well-respected firm in MA, specializing in litigation, family law, estate planning, and more. We are seeking an attorney with experience in trusts & estate planning, to join our team. What You Will Do:
Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax implications and asset protection.
Assist with trust administration, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Representing clients in probate court proceedings and resolve disputes related to estates and trusts.
Guide clients through the process of estate and gift tax filings.
Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
Provide legal counsel to families, beneficiaries, and trustees in managing estates and trusts.
What You Need:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law.
Strong knowledge of Massachusetts trust and estate law, including probate, taxation, and fiduciary duties.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex legal issues.
