Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales will lead and execute the sales strategy for our PCB and PCBA products. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with customers in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and meet sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior sales role, specifically in PCB and PCBA sales.
Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and products.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience with CMS and account management is a plus.
