Title: Weeding Supervisor - STEVIA/FOOD - MANUFACTURING

Location: Indianapolis, IN - RELOCATION AVAILABLE

Salary: $85,000-110,000/Year + Bonus

Responsibilities:

Manually remove weeds from stevia plants, ensuring healthy growth and optimal yields.
Identify and control invasive weeds.
Maintain a clean and weed-free environment around stevia plants.
Follow best practices for organic farming and weed management.
Work cooperatively with other team members and supervisors.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of plant identification and common weeds.
Robotics Engineering
Physical ability to bend, squat, and work outdoors for extended periods.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Experience in agricultural or gardening settings is a plus.
Reliable and punctual
