We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facilities to ensure smooth, efficient operations. The successful candidate will be an essential part of our maintenance team, supporting the company's dedication to delivering high-quality, precision products.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on production machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
Respond to breakdowns and minimize production downtime.
Work closely with other team members to improve maintenance procedures and equipment performance.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work safely and follow all safety guidelines.
