We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our team and enhance our firm's visibility, engagement, and growth in the legal market.
Job Overview:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that promote the firm's services, strengthen its brand, and attract new clients. You will collaborate with attorneys and staff to create and implement campaigns, enhance the firm's online presence, and manage all aspects of marketing and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and business growth.
-Manage the firm's online presence, including website content, social media channels, and online reviews.
-Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
-Lead the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, client presentations, and proposals.
-Oversee the firm's public relations efforts, including press releases, event promotion, and media outreach.
-Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
-Collaborate with attorneys to support business development, client retention, and referral efforts.
-Organize and promote client events, webinars, and seminars to engage both current and potential clients.
-Manage the firm's participation in legal conferences, industry events, and local community outreach programs.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-3+ years of experience in marketing, with a preference for experience in the legal or professional services sector.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
-Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
-Knowledge of the legal industry and its unique marketing needs is a plus.
