The Role
We are seeking a Trust and Estate Tax Manager to lead our trust and estate tax services. This role requires expertise in trust, estate, and gift tax compliance, tax planning, and high-net-worth client advisory. Key Responsibilities

Act as a primary advisor to clients on complex trust and estate tax matters, providing comprehensive tax planning solutions.
Oversee the preparation and review of trust, estate, and gift tax returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop personalized tax strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families to optimize wealth transfer.
Serve as a mentor to junior tax professionals, sharing knowledge and providing ongoing support.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely, effective communication for all tax-related inquiries.
Conduct in-depth research and stay updated on trust and estate tax regulations to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

CPA license required; advanced tax certification or JD is a plus.
5+ years of trust and estate tax experience, preferably within a public accounting firm.
Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
